• Headtaker special rule. If a player with the chainsaw skill kills another player (rolls 6 on the casualty table), the coach may roll another d6, if its a "natural 6" the dead player head has been cut of and may not be saved by a apothecary or regeneration. The headtaker coach also gains a reroll.
The Blue Bowl Weather table:
2-3: Blue Ball & Chain Guggi Namnam!:
Blue Bowl mascot Guggi Namnam is tired of shenaniganless game and has persuaded the legendary Warpstone Troll Ol’ Dirty Bastard to throw him on to the pitch! Starting with the middle touchdown square of the defending side, roll 2d6 and count up to the middle of the field and place Guggi Namnam there. If the Square is occupied, determine a random unoccupied square next to it. Guggi Namnam has the same stats as a rookie Goblin Fanatic. When a player’s turn is over, the Fanatic moves using the scatter template 3 times in a random direction. If a figure gets pushed or blocked back, random determine a legal square to place the player. Guggi has tacklezones against both players. Guggi Namnam is ejected at the end of the drive.
4-6: Tornado-back
A tornado totally engulfs the entire field, sending the ball flying in all directions, making a kick-off catch impossible, but for only the biggest and strongest players. Award a touchback to a ST5 player on the receiving team (receiving coach choice). If there are no ST5 players on the receiving team, scatter the ball d3 squares in a random direction (even if the ball is on a standing player).
7: Nothing
Nothing Happens… Buuh
8-10: Squig Ball
The Hobgoblin Hooligans are trying to make some kind of point by stuffing the game ball with a poor baby Squig. If the Squig ball is on the pitch at the start of a turn, scatter it 4 times using the scatter template. If it hits a square with a player, the player is bitten (stabbed), and then it stops. The squirmy little bastard is too panicked to care what your intentions might be.
11-12: Samurai Showdown!
The Blue Skull Orcanizers have confused the kick-off with a Samurai Showdown! According to the Orcanizers schedule, the legendary Rat Ogre Runner Mifune “no Samurai” is up next and his Katana has been thrown on the pitch instead of the ball. The Ballcarrier gains the Chainsaw skill.
Should I even bother to remind you of the odds?
